Hello everyone and welcome to my website. My name is Maria Diamantopoulou and I am currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Forestry and Natural Environment, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
I have received my Ph.D. degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, in the field of Forest biometry. My research interests include application of biometry to real-life problems that involve biological components and especially in forestry, agriculture, and environmental sciences. My areas of expertise involve forest biometrical modeling, computational biology, applied mathematics, and environmental engineering.
